FLEX is seeking a highly organized Recruiter to effectively manage a high volume of requisitions, candidates, and roles. The recruiter will play a key role in identifying top candidates for FLEX’s internal hiring team. They will be actively sourcing talent to fill roles, conducting searches on LinkedIn and other job boards, networking, resume reviewing, interviewing, and acting as a point of contact throughout the hiring process. The Recruiter will be offering expertise, advice, and consultation to their candidates. This person will be focused on filling roles across FLEX’s sales and analyst teams.

Who You Are:

You’re a team player who strives for collaboration across teams, having fun at work, and contributing with a positive attitude and these qualifications:

• Extremely detail oriented and organized

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

• Experience with LinkedInRecruiter and GSuite is preferred


What You’ll Do:

• Work alongside the Senior Recruiter to source for open positions

• Screen resumes and conduct interviews with candidates

• Schedule and coordinate interviews

• Source for potential candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed

• Optimize and provide recommendations to achieve company goals

• Help identify and solve problems quickly and effectively

• Assist with any ad hoc tasks and projects, as needed
