We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to assist in the ongoing development of our Salesforce optimization.The administrator will work closely with various departments to identify, develop and deploy new business processes, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.You should be comfortable with assembling business requirements, documenting workflows, hands-on configuration and troubleshooting issues.
Who You Are:
You’re a team player who strives for collaboration across teams, having fun at work, and contributing with a positive attitude and have:
• 2+ years of experience working within the Salesforce platform
• A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
• Knowledge of the platform, with the ability to build reporting, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
• Strong data management abilities
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Strong desire for continuous improvement, measuring results and problem solving
