Recruiter, Adtech

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Source talent via job sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

Coordinate and conduct phone and in-person interviews

Manage appropriate base salary and commission structure with candidates and the CEO

Learn about the different roles within the company to best recruit for the different positions

Use time management skills to properly schedule different types of interviews and meeting with potential candidates and in-house employees regarding recruitment needs

 

 

Position Qualifications:

Minimum of 1+ year in a recruiting capacity preferably at or for an AdTech company

Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing/screening to offer extension for a broad range of roles, especially those in sales, marketing, operations, business development, product, etc.
A passion for people and building great teams

Detail-oriented, organized and excellent follow through skills

Excellent communicator, both written and verbal

Ability to earn trust with candidates and internal decision makers

Experience evaluating and streamlining recruiting processes for fast-paced organizations.

Working knowledge of advertising platforms in the digital advertising space.
