Product Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

Compile data across multiple disparate sources to develop models to optimize performance

Develop reliable and scalable processes for new projects that prioritize immediate profitability and data collection to inform decisions

Prepare detailed revenue reports, dashboards, media schedules, tracking campaigns, etc.

Conduct statistical analysis to formulate meaningful and testable conclusions / hypothesis

Optimize user acquisition / retention campaigns by analyzing KPIs, trends and targeted audience groups

Translate business needs into technical requirements and while accurately determining what is “good enough,” for quick testing and further iteration

Build tools to analyze and present operational data and condense the decision-making process

Brainstorm possible new metrics and/or processes that will lead to revenue growth and/or improved efficiencies

Passion for learning new products, skills and technologies and maintaining a “what’s next,” attitude

Position Qualifications:

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Undergraduate degree in business, economics, statistics or other quantitative discipline

Experience and comfort conducting A/B testing, statistical analysis and forecasting

Experience developing processes focused on driving revenue while allowing for measurement and improvement

Experience developing tools and models that inform daily business decisions

Experience with user acquisition strategy and optimizing LTV / minimizing churn

Excellent computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)

Capacity to meet tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, yet collaboratively across functions and seniorities

Intellectual curiosity and a proven aptitude for problem solving

Exposure or familiarity to concepts such as customer velocity, revenue attribution and e-commerce are a plus
