Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Undergraduate degree in business, economics, statistics or other quantitative discipline
Experience and comfort conducting A/B testing, statistical analysis and forecasting
Experience developing processes focused on driving revenue while allowing for measurement and improvement
Experience developing tools and models that inform daily business decisions
Experience with user acquisition strategy and optimizing LTV / minimizing churn
Excellent computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
Capacity to meet tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, yet collaboratively across functions and seniorities
Intellectual curiosity and a proven aptitude for problem solving
Exposure or familiarity to concepts such as customer velocity, revenue attribution and e-commerce are a plus
