Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

Be on the front lines of planning and scaling large-volume, big dollar media campaigns for a digital media powerhouse.

You will be using your skills in the service of digital media business plans.

Build competitive brands and campaigns.

Build optimization plans for branding and development.

Analyse industry trends and turn insight into internal course of action.

Provide consistent reporting to monitor patterns in sales.

Position Qualifications:

Undergrad Degree (math, economics, business preferred)

You’re a numbers person, who enjoys working in MS EXCEL. You’re hungry, exciting and entrepreneurial. You don’t need hand-holding but you like working in tandem on a team with other smart people (Ops, Tech, Sales, Execs) to optimize and scale (based on detailed metrics and KPI’s).

Working knowledge of HTML/Coding a plus.

Intellectual curiosity and a strong aptitude for problem-solving;

Superior written and oral communication (and interpersonal) skills;

Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
