Marketing Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

Organization and Analysis:

Preparing detailed reports, tracking ad campaign performance, analyzing statistics, managing accounts according to various KPIs, and formulating meaningful conclusions from large data sets.

Management and Implementation:

Collaborating with in-house Graphic Designers on the design of fresh marketing campaigns, providing support functions for senior-level managers, working with clients to help cultivate (new and existing) lines of business.

Identification and Optimization:

Spotting trends and developing resource allocation strategies based on your statistical analyses, analyzing “traffic” and preparing detailed reports, tracking progress of media buys.

Position Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree (required), in advertising, marketing, economics or math (preferred).

Relevant work experience in and/or strong knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, email marketing sending platforms (ESPs) and strategies (strongly preferred).

Excellent computer skills — specifically Excel (Lookups, pivot tables, macros, etc.).

An entrepreneurial mindset and a record of achieving ambitious goals.

Capacity to meet tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, yet collaboratively in a team environment (with individuals at all levels of the organization).

Intellectual curiosity and a strong aptitude for problem-solving.

Superior written and oral communication (and interpersonal) skills.

Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
