FLEX is entering another exciting stage of growth and we need a helping hand! This role will work alongside our Director, HR to identify the talent that will take our company to the next level. What You’ll Do:

• Source and screen top talent

• Create job descriptions, post open positions and organize pipelines

• Provide high quality candidate experience

• Pitch in with administrative Recruitment tasks such as scheduling and candidate communication

Who You Are:

You’re a team player who strives for collaboration across teams, having fun at work, and contributing with a positive attitude and have:

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a recruitment focused role

• Ability to source and prospect candidates

• A people person who enjoys interacting with new people throughout the day

• Ability to multi-task and work autonomously

• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects

• Flexibility and adaptability according to the changing needs and priorities of the organization
