Ad Operations Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Planning and organizing technical integration and launch

• Placing online ads, performing QA, monitoring, and assessing the performance of campaigns

• Work with the Web Development team to identify and troubleshoot any ad related issues

• Closely monitor and analyze campaign metrics and KPI’s

• Optimize and provide recommendations to maximize client goals

• Help identify and solve problems quickly and effectively

• Support Account Managers and Sales in helping our clients meet their goals

• HTML coding and link formatting

Who You Are:

You’re an organizational master; confident juggling multiple tasks without breaking a sweat. Most importantly, you get things done quickly and CORRECTLY. As a member of the Operations Team, you’ll be trained in the practice of running an advertising network. You’ll work in tandem with our tech and sales teams to ensure the success of advertising campaigns. You’ll be involved in the setup, analysis and optimization of campaigns. You will be joining a talented, collaborative team at the forefront of exciting new ventures. And you will develop a sound understanding of the technical elements of managing digital media, including key pieces of basic tag code & third party ad-serving technology. Plus:

• Extremely detail oriented

• BS /BA degree or equivalent experience

•  Strong Excel skills

• Ability to prioritize & manage multiple projects at one time

• Analytical thinker

• Working knowledge of HTML/coding (preferred)

• Experience with web/mobile tracking and good understanding of how they work (preferred)

• Web or database programming experience (preferred)
