What You’ll Do:

This is an entry level accounting position that allows the candidate to learn about the digital marketing and technology space. There is tremendous room for growth within the company for those that seek it.

Experience working with Quickbooks

Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable

Reports on daily cash balances

Attention to detail

Must be an organized and detailed individual that can work in a high paced environment

Excellent time management skills

Prioritizes and plans work effectively and efficiently

Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to tackle unfamiliar tasks

Strong interpersonal skills: outgoing, positive, energetic person with a can-do attitude

Consistently and accurately follow established policies and procedures

Work independently to complete assignments while knowing when to escalate issues and ask questions

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Identify, target, and onboard new online publishers

Understand key performance metrics on advertising campaigns

Communicate KPIs to publishers in a real time basis using both written and verbal communication

Analyze, record and trouble-shoot performance data

Make campaign management decisions with high spend campaign budgets

Coordinate campaign rollouts with Media  Operations and Sales Team

Champion publisher needs to internal stakeholders

Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)

Develop publisher requirements into business cases to drive incremental revenue

Manage and drive accountability across cross functional delivery teams

Participate in key organizational strategic projects

Who You Are:

You’re a team player who strives for collaboration across teams, having fun at work, and contributing with a positive attitude and have:

Proven track record of project management and time management to ensure that programs developed are relevant and aligned with sales and business needs and objectives 

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to satisfy two key areas: (1) Understanding and communicating of our products and services as described in all sales collateral training materials and (2) Partner with internal key stakeholders, who will need help in the build of new content for various projects (sales materials, technical documentation, analyst relations, etc.), to ensure quick adaptation to fit sales and business needs

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated, personable, and strong attention to detail

Consistently curious about sales and product developments and gaining familiarity and expertise in multiple practice areas. Can translate information into understanding and implement into sales and training materials

Ability to work in a fast paced, detail-oriented environment

Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously with limited supervision

Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
