What You’ll Do:
• Lead and execute (end to end) cross-channel marketing campaigns across various sending platforms – Content development, target identification, segmentation, testing, and final launch.
• Effectively communicate channel performance and test learnings to C-Suite and internal account managers
• In depth analysis of campaign reporting – assessing KPIs such as click rate, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, revenue, CPM, EPC
• Continuously create and test new compliant message content in line with industry standards
• Research different sending platforms and test them for deliverability
• Leverage internal data, partner insights, market trends, and the competitive landscape to
make data-based recommendations for improvements
• Keep up to date with marketing and SMS industry news, best practices and innovation
